Our AI Email Assistant is a service that helps users manage their email inbox by generating responses to incoming messages using machine learning and natural language processing. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service.

We only collect such information releveant for authenticating users for using our serivces and for keeping our users updated on relevant information pertaining to the service, such as email adresses and names. For billing purposes, we collect and store additional personal information such as your address, and payment information through our third-party provider Stripe. We use this information solely for billing purposes and do not share it with any other third parties. We do not collect or retain any other personal data.

Limited Use Policy:

Sumantives use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Third-Party Services:

Our service uses third-party services to function. The front-end is built on Google App scripts and the back-end is deployed on AWS using OpenAI to process emails and generate responses. Biling is handled through Stripe. While we do not retain any personal data, outside of the relevant information to use our services and process payments, these third-party services may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies. We recommend that you review these policies before using our service.

Data Security:

We take data security very seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect the personal information of our users. Our service uses SSL encryption to ensure that data is transmitted securely over the internet. Our back-end is hosted on AWS and we use access controls to restrict who can access personal information.

Data Retention:

We do not retain any personal data other than the email address used for authorization. We will delete this data upon request. Data rention may be handled differently with thirdparty services and we recommend that you review these policies before using our service

Please note that our service is not GDPR compliant as it is deployed outside of Europe. However, we comply with all relevant data protection laws applicable to our jurisdiction.
